January: The PCC NET online kick-off event took place with speakers and participants from Chile as well as Germany.
A scoping review on how patient-centered care is conceptualized in Latin America has been started.
Research Seminars: In total, three research seminars take place over the course of the year to present and discuss research from Chile and Germany.
Interviews: We will assess the needs, barriers, and enabling factors as well as attitudes of health care professionals in Chile towards patient-centered care.
Delphi survey: We will adapt the integrative model of patient-centeredness (Scholl et al., 2014) to the Latin American context.
Workshop program: We will develop and establish a workshop program on patient-centered care in Chile.
Conference: Organization of a scientific conference on patient-centered care in Chile.
