In October 2020, the research project “Promoting Patient Participation in Care: Transferring knowledge on patient-centered research, education, and clinical practice” (PRO-PACT), a collaborative project between the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, started. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
The two main focuses of the binational research project are
to jointly conduct research activities related to the implementation of patient-centered care and
to establish an international network on patient-centeredness.
